This is how it started.
Jump naked juice hot sauce products was established in 1994. Having previous canning experience, it only seemed natural to put up seasonal produce for future use thought out the year. That is why it is essential to obtain the produce at its prime.
Depending on the produce there is a small window in which you can guarantee full body flavor in each jar. So, my partner and I started a tradition of canning food for the winter, which includes Hot sauce, pickles and jelly’s.
We also inherited peach trees. We replanted them and now we have an orchard which gave us the idea of peach wine, preserves etc. The sky is the limit. This is a true labor of love, and we are all hands on. Even though there is a short window to work with, we have managed to put up enough jars and bottles to last till next season and then some.
So, we decided to spread the love to all the who is willing to try something new or to someone who would just like a novelty.

Jalapeño Mint Jelly
We consider this the shrine of all our jellies and preserves. The jalapeño completes the mint and the mint completes the jalapeño. This combination is truly meant to be.
The best way to describe it. The mint cleanses the palette to make way for a light lingering heat from the sweet jalapeño which gives you a urge to jump back for more.
